Tal began his career as a big data engineer with the IDF Intelligence Corps and later worked as a sales consultant and product launcher at Oracle.

Matt leads partnerships and early product work with start-ups across enterprise verticals for Verizon. He focuses specifically on developing and building out use cases that leverage 5G and edge computing. Matt is particularly interested in use cases in sports, venues, security, supply chain/manufacturing, and energy. Within sports he's been focused on the continued evolution of wearables and the downstream applications of tracking technologies that can enable the next gen experiences for fans, players, and coaches alike. Matt holds an MBA from Cornell Tech along with a bachelors in Bio Engineering and masters in Chemical Engineering from Cornell.

John is responsible for Catapult's global partnership strategy to drive new innovative solutions for elite sports teams. He has over 15 years of experience in the delivery of performance analysis products to professional athletes and coaches having held senior product leadership roles at ProZone, Opta and StatsPerform. John began his career as an analyst with Norwich City and Middlesbrough in the EPL and with the Ivory Coast at the 2010 World Cup

Arleny Valle is a change agent who combines her technical aptitude with her ability to foster collaborative environments. She leads programs and workstreams integrating technology for 5G firsts; driving innovative technology design, development, and implementation for partnerships, activations and events. Arleny began her career as an intern at Verizon while studying Mechanical Engineering at The City College of New York. As a first generation immigrant and college graduate, she aims to break barriers and create inclusive environments for marginalized communities.

Cynthia Slowik is an Innovation Manager for the 5G Lab in NYC. She’s responsible for live virtual event programming, innovation workshops, and supporting co-creation initiatives across the NYC and Verizon innovation ecosystem. Most recently she executed an event series partnership with WXR to highlight relevant XR topics in a variety of virtual platforms. Notable work achievements from producing NYCxDESIGN, New York City’s official Design ‘Week’ and an active mentor for several highly-regarded tech accelerators such as Barclay's Accelerator, powered by Techstars and hardware tech Futureworks incubator programs.
