Course Director on Cloud and Edge Implementations
Oxford University

Based in London, Ajit's work spans research, entrepreneurship and academia relating to artificial intelligence (AI) and the internet of things (IoT). He is the course director of the course: Artificial Intelligence: Cloud and Edge Implementations. Besides this, he also conducts the University of Oxford courses: AI for Cybersecurity and Computer Vision. Ajit works as a Data Scientist through his company feynlabs - focusing on building innovative early stage AI prototypes for domains such as cybersecurity, robotics and healthcare.

Chris is a robotics engineer.  He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, and Computer Vision, with a MS in Engineering Management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.  Chris spent six years at Alcoa as an engineer automating large production lines and designing new equipment, laying out entire projects but also getting dirty in the mechanics and software.  Chris' interests lie in Artificial Intelligence, Mechatronics, and Computer Vision. Chris is focused on extending tele-robotics to the masses through RealBotics, Inc.

Joshua Ness is a Senior Manager with Verizon's 5G Labs in New York City. He partners with enterprise, startups, and academic teams to drive innovation around 5G and co-create new 5G concepts that take advantage of complementary technologies like spatial computing, edge computing, and computer vision. Joshua sits at the intersection of the application of emerging technology and of the actual nitty-gritty under the hood that makes the technology work. He uses this to create compelling stories that use historical contexts combined with current and future technology advancements in order to educate, inspire, and connect the dots for individuals and businesses.
