OUR FIRST COHORT: CLIMATE JUSTICE
Climate justice is a social justice movement focused on finding solutions to help communities and individuals adapt to climate change, while empowering them in the process.
The first accelerator cohort will be focused on companies that are developing technology-based solutions in the fight for climate justice. While many innovators have focused on reversing or slowing the effects of climate change, few have coupled those efforts with a focus on contributing to better outcomes for those most negatively impacted by the climate crisis. We believe that needs to change.
With the support of our community members -- thought leaders, innovators, mentors, community leaders, and more -- we will help these companies advance, scale, and have impact
PARTICIPANTS CRITERIA
Winning solutions will use cutting edge technology to ensure all people benefit equally from climate solutions, while not taking on an unequal burden of climate impacts. All of this must be approached with a commitment to design and build in partnership with these communities, and will be held to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and transparency.
